Libbie Grant is a writer living in the Pacific Northwest. She has written under several pen names, the most popular of which are Libbie Hawker and Olivia Hawker.
Her 2018 novel The Ragged Edge of Night (Lake Union Publishing) was a Washington Post bestseller and hit #1 on Amazon twice in the same month. She has shortlisted for the Willa Literary Award from the Women Writing the West Foundation. Her work has been translated into several languages.
Her most recent books include One for the Blackbird, One for the Crow (as Olivia Hawker, Lake Union Publishing, October 2019); A Black Goat on the Jordan River (Olivia Hawker, Lake Union Publishing, August 2021); and The Restoration of All Things (Libbie Grant, William Morrow, 2021).
At her blog, Libbie's List, she discusses the literary fiction world, compiles recommendation lists of books by theme, shares poetry written by herself and other poets, and maintains the short essay series Love in the Time of Apocalypse, selected highlights of which are shared with her newsletter subscribers.
